The front desk staff was very accommodating. They went out of their way to help. With a couple thousand dollars, I think if they updated the lobby it will go a long way with making the aesthetics more appealing.

When I first arrived, the hotel said that I didn't have a reservation. I showed them my Expedia booking info and they accommodated me. I'm not sure what the error was (hotel staff vs hotel system vs expedia) but it worked out for me. The staff that assisted me was very nice and the room was nice. The area outside was pretty loud and I could hear people when they were in the hall, but it wasn't terribly disruptive. Third time staying at this location. Very convenient.

It room was grest. Without question the worst breakfast I’ve ever had maybe the worst meal I’ve ever had. I worked in schools for over 30 yrs and ate the food every day. The breakfast was terrible !!!!
