Spend your day canoeing, paddle boarding or kayaking in Mill Pond or head to one of the various area beaches for a day spent with your toes in the sand. Return home to our impeccably clean and cheerful home to cool down in the air conditioning, and whip up some favorite summertime snacks in the brand new kitchen.



On the first floor of this home, you will find two bedrooms, one with a king bed, and one with two twin beds. You’ll also find the kitchen, living room and full bathroom. Upstairs there’s a full bathroom, queen bedroom, and private sitting area with a chess board and other table game classics! The finished basement includes a half bath, pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table.

Enjoy warm evenings grilling on the back deck -- maybe before heading out to the famous weekly Chatham Band Concert or taking in a movie at the deluxe Orpheum theater downtown. Other Chatham favorites not to be missed are Chatham Corner Store (for fast and fresh Mexican food), Hangar B Eatery (for the best breakfast of your life), and Mac’s Chatham Fish & Lobster (delicious local seafood).

Well appointed and comfy stay on the Cape

Everything about this lovely place was as stated. No surprises, exactly as pictured with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and nice touches in decor, a roomy deck and organized check in/out. Del Mar was accessible with any issues. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great House!

The house was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever experienced. It was clean, spacious, and just like the photos. The ONLY downside was the pond -- or lack thereof. Due to the drought conditions all summer, the water level was so low that it was basically a swamp with tall reeds blocking the entrance from our side. We tried taking the path down to the shore, but couldn't even get close to the water. They should consider not calling it a "Pond Front" rental. Other than that, it was a 5 out of 5.

Kitchen was not supplied with sufficient basics for cooking and entertaining: No serving pieces; only 2 white wine glasses;; cutting knives were so dull we had to buy new ones; Upstairs bedroom / master very disappointing. No drawers for clothing ; windows had no screens so couldn’t be open.. No iron was available.

Nice house, but not really on a pond.

The house itself is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Beware that one cannot swim or paddle any craft in the pond behind this property. It is thickly overgrown and mucky so there is no way to get a kayak or SUP, let alone a canoe into this pond from the back of this property. Therefore I think it’s quite overpriced and falsely advertised.

Wonderful

Great house for a group. We stayed with another family and the game room in the basement was great for the kids. We had a maintenance issue and the team at Del Mar was very quick to respond and resolve with no disruption to our trip. Great location and very well equipped rental. Close to a grocery store and 10 minutes away from Chatham beaches.

Excellent property

Our Cape experience was so lovely at this property! Family and friends were super-comfortable and loved the place! Only downside was the wifi popping out with some frequency, but Del Mar was super responsive and communicative throughout. SUper clean, spacious, and tasteful... very comfortable and a great way to spend time in the Cape. Wil def be renting from them again!
