New! A rare, secluded, 3 bedroom cape situated on 1+ acres in the historic Quivet Neck neighborhood of East Dennis. Stressed about beach parking? Not a problem as you walk, bike or drop off the crew at the “Residents Only” Cold Storage Beach, or go a few hundred yards more to Sea Street Beach. Read, soak up the sun, and swim. At low tide, take the beautiful beach walk east all the way to Crowe’s Pasture. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

Enjoy all the joys and toys of summer including the outdoor patio, grill and shower. Use the provided kayaks or Bocce on the beach. Play cornhole or croquet in the large yard. Bring your own or ride the pair of provided Townie Electra bicycles. Enjoy rides through historic Quivet Neck, the beach, or the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail to Brewster, Harwich and beyond.

The spacious upstairs master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a 50” Roku TV with soundbar, work desk and a Brother networked laser printer/scanner. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a work desk as well. Both rooms share a full bathroom with a tub.

The lower bedroom features a classic Pencil Post bed with full size mattress and also includes a 50” Roku TV with a soundbar. There is a first floor bathroom with a shower, as well, but after trying it once, you’ll likely want to take all your showers outdoors.

Enjoy all the comforts of home, with our big, well equipped kitchen, combination drip/Keurig podcoffee maker, central air conditioning, fast WiFi, and a 65” TV with a soundbar in the cozy living room. Full, large capacity washer and dryer in the basement. Storm clouds ahead? We feature a whole-house backup generator.
