Surrounded by aspen trees, the large, fully enclosed front yard for dogs and a large, gorgeously landscaped backyard are furnished for upscale outdoor living. Features include an outdoor covered tropical bar area, a seven-person hot tub with Shaw Mountain views, a spacious covered front porch, and an oversized covered backyard deck complete with a gas grill and dining table set for six and lounging chairs for enjoying the views.

Inside, unwind after the day's adventures with a warming drink beside the fireplace in the family room, or kick back with your favorite shows and movies on the second living room's smart TV. Listen to your favorite playlists using the Bluetooth sound system anytime. The spacious island kitchen features plenty of counter space and a full suite of major appliances for home cooking, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Helpful extras include cooking spices, pans, pots, a coffee maker, and a pantry. The eight-person dining table sets the stage for family meals and game nights, with a selection of classic board games provided. Additional perks include free high-speed WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and a new queen sofa bed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
