This mountainside cabin, formerly Deer Creek Escape, blends festival‑inspired décor with sweeping 180° views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Rio Grande National Forest. Whether you’re a guitar picker, vinyl lover, or simply someone who appreciates a beautiful sunrise, this cabin strikes the perfect chord.

This South Fork home sits on almost two acres in the Upper Alpine area, where you can ride your ATVs directly from the property to an assortment of trails in Rio Grande National Forest or spend your mornings trout fishing in a gold-medal stretch of the Rio Grande River. Enjoy the conveniences of high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV (please use your own streaming accounts) for your evening entertainment.

The main floor features a living room, a dining room, a fully appointed kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and one bathroom. Four oversized picture windows frame multiple peaks, rolling piñon forests, and the wildlife that frequently wanders through the property.

Walking up the stairs you will find the master bedroom, attached bathroom and a window view of the Agua Ramon mountain peak. A trundle day bed and another twin bed are located in the loft along with a puzzle, book and game selection.
