Close to bike trails and hiking and 5 minutes from Pope Beach , Kiva Beach and Camp Richardson. Great location for your home base while exploring and enjoying everything Tahoe has to offer at a affordable price . This studio is pet friendly so feel free to bring your pets with you ! The studio does not have AC.

Poor cleaning

I was there for 1 hour ...room was dirty food left in refrigerator. Underneath the bed yiu can tell it hasn't been cleaned in at least a year

History Wasted

The property manager describes the place as "the historic Washoe Inn", but it should more accurately be called a ruin. There is no grass, the rooms are all 80 degrees, bug ridden. Our check in info was sent late, and there was less than 1 roll of tp available. Lucky we were only staying 1 night because my fiance had it rough.

Our Tahoe stay

Well , When we arrived at the property I was very surprised as to how run down the exterior of the property is. The photos in the ad show green grass and a place to picnic. Quite the opposite. It was dirt, dirty and un-appealing. The inside was as pictured. There was a small kitchenette but lacked utensils , Could have had some coffee for the coffee maker. We wound up leaving a day early. We notified the Host who never replied. I am very disappointed.
