High Speed Internet, Well equipped Granite Kitchen, extra clean home with new linens, towels and many little extras. Outside Hot tub is awaiting you after a fun day on the trail. Master Bedroom has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV and Roku device. High Speed Wireless internet. Real wood stove with wood supplied. Large back deck and the front has a patio with a propane B.B.Q. another fenced side yard has a Ski Lift swing and ski tower from Heavenly. Fenced back and side yards and a larger fenced area with 2 acres on the river with walking trails, mountain views, hiking walking out your door on the forest with abundant trails in our area. Nearby to Tahoe Paradise Park with playground, disc golf, basketball picnic, pickleball, tennis. Downtown shows and Casinos 20 minutes. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To prevent wildlife issues please put trash and leftover food, in brown bear box by street. If BBQ grill is used please clean and cover. Clean up dog waste bag and dispose of in trash can in bear box
Lock doors window’s doggie door hot tub pool room. Turn radio on upon departure.
Please put away all pots pans dishes from your cooking.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
