As this home is in a lakefront complex, warm weather activities include swimming, water skiing, wakeboarding, SUP boarding, and kayaking, so take your pick and soak up some of that Lake Tahoe sunshine! Amazing hikes are also an excellent option for guests looking to get out and explore in spring, summer, and fall. If you're visiting in winter, check out the famous Heavenly Resort for excellent skiing and snowboarding, just two miles from your door. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
