Owners Description.

This spacious 3,000 sq ft Castle Cabin custom vacation home is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Three master suites sleep up to 10 guests; four full bathrooms; one with a whirlpool bath. Located in a quiet neighborhood just three miles west of the Y.
The space
This brand new (2014) 3000 sq ft custom vacation (plus 1500 sq ft garage) is perfect for gatherings of family and friends. Located in a quiet neighborhood of newer homes three miles west of the "Y," you will be away from busy streets yet close to all the attractions South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

- Three master suites sleep up to 8 guests excluding children 5 and under. (main floor suite has one queen bed; two upper floor suites each have two king beds)
- Four full bathrooms (four spacious showers; one whirlpool bath)
- Chef's kitchen with spacious granite countertops. Including: Bosch Induction Range, Full Sized Refrigerator/Freezer including Ice Maker and Water Dispenser; Undercounter Beverage Refrigerator, Dish Washer, and Drawer Style Microwave.

- Dual 4 Car Garages (One side is set up as a Play Room), plus ample driveway space

Guests will have access to the whole house, garage, deck, backyard. Everything.

There are coded locks on the Main Entry Door (code will be provided when you book your vacation home with us). The house will be clean and ready for your use.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of newer homes three miles west of the "Y". You will be away from busy streets, yet close enough to all the attractions Tahoe has to offer.

Guest access
Entire home. We have three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, one attached to each bedroom, plus one additional full bathroom. In other words we have three master suites plus an additional bathroom! Our Driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles and our garage can accommodate 3 vehicles. One side of the garage has a pool table and other games.
Other things to note
This home has high speed wireless internet. We have a 65" TV with cable.

The Tahoe area has great hiking and bicycling opportunities. We are just a few miles from Fallen Leaf Lake, Angora Lake, and Lake Tahoe.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Washoe Meadows State Park. Features include laundry facilities. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 4 bathrooms.

Great group cabin

Great House and Great Location

We are just 3 older guys who all wanted our own room and bathroom so this house was perfect (even though it would hold many more people comfortably). We like to hike so the location was great for many of the best hikes. A Raleys store is only 5 minutes away along with many good restaurants. Communication with owner was great and he fixed a minor problem within an hour. The house is newer so everything is relatively modern. We also enjoyed the recreation room and had a pool tournament! We would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Home!

We stayed here as 2 families, the set up was great having multiple master bedrooms. The yard was great for our toddlers to build their 1st snow man, and we had plenty of amenities inside. The steep marble stairs are my only complaint having small kids, made me a little nervous but they did fine. Would definitely come back!
