Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This stay was terrible because it never even happened. The listing was on multiple sites and they claimed that ‘it was booked at the same time’ as another guest. They sent a contract and confirmed my booking, but they must have received a higher nightly offer and cancelled my reservation. Because of the cancellation, there was no other property large enough for our family in Tahoe, and our vacation was ruined. We were going to escape after not doing anything this entire year. Very disappointed and it was extremely unprofessional to receive a contract and then have your vacation ripped from you.
