Walk up the stairs into the upper-level great room with a huge rock fireplace and massive picture windows for viewing Blue Lake Tahoe and Mount Tallac.

The kitchen has a unique "carnival" granite island/bar, boasts all Wolf Appliances, and is amply furnished with all kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. And best of all, sumptuous meals can be comfortably served on a 12-seater dining table.

This estate has 5 spacious bedrooms and two Master king suites located on the top floor. Three of the bedrooms walk out into large wrap-around log balconies. These bedrooms are beautifully furnished featuring comfortable pillow top mattresses and luxury linen and beddings. The house is warmed using hydronic heating and air-conditioned on the two upper floors during the hot summer months. The driveway is also heated to avoid snow pile-ups. Three gas fireplaces also provide ambiance and additional heating

Have fun on the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor pool for your early morning exercise then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm in and right after engaging in a game at the billiard table or play a friendly blackjack game at the game table beside the lounging bar in the game room while watching a movie on the large 50" flat widescreen TV atop the imposing river rock fireplace.
