This open-concept living area is perfect for lounging after a day on the slopes or at the beach. The high-vaulted ceilings & large picture windows let in incredible natural light. With comfy seating, large dining table for 6 and bar stools along the kitchen counter there is space for everyone to relax and spend time together. Even the chef of the group can be a part of the action in this kitchen. The living space also includes a large HD smart TV with cable and a gas fireplace.

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of this unit one with a king bed and the the other with 2 queen beds. Both share a full bath w/ single sink and shower/tub combo. On the second floor there is another full bathroom w/ a single sink and walk in shower. On the third floor is the loft with a full and twin bed perfect for the kids to play and sleep!

Walk only 200 yards and you are at the lake! Beautifully landscaped w/ great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools, hot tub & sauna & a children’s play area. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

Get around the city for free with the city’s new “Lake Link” on-demand ride service.

My family/friends and I stayed here for a ski trip in March and the condo was absolutely perfect! The property management was super helpful and responsive in dealing with losing power and snow removal. The condo itself was very clean and fully stocked with anything you would need!

Great location, great unit

My sisters and I stayed here for a long weekend in the fall. This unit was a gem among a somewhat aging overall property. The location was great for easy access to all kinds of hiking, activities, restaurants and across from a grocery store. The gas fire pits in the common area and lake views were fantastic. Easy to book, easy communication. I’d stay in this specific unit again in a heartbeat if visiting South Lake Tahoe.

Had an amazing mini vacation and we all enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe and being unfamiliar with the place, this was a blind pick for a place to stay. We got lucky that it was awesome all around. The unit itself, the community, and the area. RNR Vacation Rentals’ service and responsiveness was amazing as well. Our family is looking forward to being back to this exact unit in the near future.

Great location to beach and restaurants

We spent our days at the beach and pool. At night we could cook or barbeque dinner. Our host had the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We were close to a Whole Foods, a bakery, CVS and great restaurants. Very relaxing and fun for the entire family.

My adult family and I stayed at Lakeland #410 the last week of July. Our stay was great- the property was clean and looks just like the online pictures. The fans were needed as we had temps of 90 the loft gets warm. We needed a fan replaced and management delivered a new one within the hour The kitchen was well equipped. We used the washer/dryer no problem. There’s 2 beach chairs that came in handy in the outside storage closet. The property is located walking distance to a lot of shops and eateries with Safeway right down the street. I would not hesitate renting during winter or summer. Great entry to take off ski clothes as well as any sweaty/sandy items. You can tell they take pride in the property

Fantastic location!

Loved our stay!!!! We had everything we needed with super easy check/in and check/out. The beach was clean and beautiful. Easy walk to restaurants and sailboat dock, easy scooter trip to Heavenly Resort for shopping and great live music. Didn’t even mind no A/C, it was chilly at night!!

Happy to stay so close to the Lake, in this fairly updated property. Beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything needed. Recently updated, though could have used upgrade on the bathrooms. Would stay their again and the RNR group was great to work with.

Cute ski chalet

This property looks like a little cabin on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the space felt large with the loft. The property comes with many cooking amenities like a good coffee maker and large toaster which made our mornings easier. It is located 5min from the Heavenly gondola which is wonderful. The cozy gas fireplace was a nice touch. We found the hot tub had too much chlorine and each of us had stinging eyes after using it. Also some of the outlets and power strips did not work in our bedrooms.

Convenient location.

It was fine. But, having to share one bathroom with one sink between 6 people was not fun. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. The lighting in the bedrooms was horrible. Please get better light bulbs.

Amazing Vacation Unit!

We absolutely loved our time here in Lake Tahoe! The unit had everything we needed and more to make our family vacation stress free. The cabin aesthetic was adorable from the decor on the walls to the coffee mugs. As skiers, we appreciated the space for our gear and warming fans to dry things for the next day. We highly recommend this location and we are looking forward to our next trip back!
