This beautiful 3-story, 2-bedroom townhome plus loft resides in the highly desirable Lakeland Village community. You'll be just seconds from the beach and lakeside pool and 1.5 miles from Heavenly Resort.
This home does not have air conditioning.

The open-concept living area features high-vaulted ceilings and large picture windows that let in incredible natural light. With comfy seating, a large dining table for 6, and 2 bar stools along the kitchen counter, there is space for everyone to relax and spend time together. The living space includes a large HDTV and a gas fireplace.

The grounds of Lakeland Village are incredible. You will not find a nicer beach in South Lake Tahoe. Walk only 200 yards and you're at the lake! Beautifully landscaped with great amenities including private beach, pier, swimming pools (lakeside pools open only during summer months), hot tub, and sauna. As our guest, you will have access to all amenities.

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

IMPORTANT: This unit is not available through the Vail hotel management company and does not include access to the Vail maid service, shuttle van, or towel service. Linens and towels are provided in the home.

We had a great stay at Lakeland Village in Tahoe. Our condo was clean and well stocked with all things needed for a great trip. The location was perfect for heading to the beach or pool. Enjoyed fireworks on the beach, s’mores at the fire pit and dinners on the beach. Amazing view of the lake!!! We’ve been stay at Lakeland Village for 16 years and always end up in a different condo. We were a small group this time so the two bedroom and loft configuration worked out perfect for us. Would stay here again.

Everything was clean and comfortable and the view from the deck was beautiful and peaceful. We had a total of 6 guests staying so having towel racks for our bath towels would have been very helpful. We had to wash them each day since we didn't have anywhere for them to dry and the upstairs bathroom had a small rack but it was above the toilet which is sort of gross. However, we will definitely stay here again and we honestly had a great time making memories.

Great place to stay!

We have rented many condos at Lakeland Village and you never know what you will get when renting through them. This unit was exactly as advertised and supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We had our 4 kids plus a girlfriend so 6 adults & 1 teenager, and had plenty of room. Location is great, easy walk to the hot tub, lake, fire pits, restaurants, boat rentals and scooters. This was definitely one of our best trips and will stay in this unit again.

Beautiful Property with a beautiful View!

This property was perfect for our family and we had plenty of space for all 5 of us. The property was clean and very comfortable with two cozy fireplaces and lots of extra blankets. The location is perfect and walking distance to all of the nearby stores including Whole Foods. The view was so beautiful as you could see the lake and the snow on the mountains in the same view (also walking distance to the unit).

Great place overall, but loft bed is not great

This place was great for a ski trip. For two couples it would have been perfect, but adding a third couple sleeping in the loft wasn't great. The bed in the loft area was pretty poor, and it's totally open so hard to sleep there if anybody else is up in the house. Otherwise a great spot though.
