This beautiful 4-bedroom (plus loft), 3-bathroom townhome in Lakeland Village Resort is walking distance to the beach, pools, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. A remodeled kitchen and tasteful decor make for a comfortable stay for a family of 9. Large mirrors throughout the house give it a very spacious feeling, amplifying the natural light from the skylights in the vaulted ceilings and windows. The family will gather in the open-plan living area around the fireplace after a long day on the beach or on the mountain. Enjoy views of Lake Tahoe from the dining table and the outdoor patio while eating family meals.

You're moments away from Heavenly Ski Resort, exceptional golf courses, hiking and biking trails, Emerald Bay, dining venues, shopping, and Whole Foods Market.

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP & kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.

This home can host a maximum of 7 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age; this applies 24/7.

The property is in a prime, highly convenient location—within walking distance to Whole Foods, with a shuttle to Heavenly nearby, and the lake just a minute away. The patio was especially convenient. The house was immaculately clean, very well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including linens, extra fans and heaters, and kitchen utensils. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location

Lovely location to see the Lake and access to it. The unit itself was wonderful. No complaints. It was unfortunate that after booking the larger complex closed the hot tub and pools due to resurfacing so we did not get to enjoy the extra amenities. We would have loved the hot tub and pool after a cold plunge in the lake. However, the actual unit was very good and I would stay there again! Loved location as walking to food and Whole Foods.

Excellent location and charming unit. Steps from the lake and a park for the kids. The unit itself is a bit outdated. The WiFi didn’t work well but we didn’t mind as it forced the kids and adults to truly enjoy each others company.

Great Location for us

We had a great time especially in the midst of Corona!! Enough beds for us all. Easy location especially with littles needing naps. Ceiling fans would be a welcome addition especially because of the skylights which make it too bright and sunny in summertime because IT GOT WARM inside!! Tinting or coverings on the skylights would also be a welcome addition.. Loved the patio and the beach.
