Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please keep ALL food and drinks in the kitchen only. We recently cleaned the carpets and replaced the area rugs. Also, use the Dyson canister vacuum to vacuum all areas to keep the floors clean.
Place all garbage bags in the bins inside the bear box. Always securely close the bear box bin. Do not leave any trash outside! Wash your dishes and wipe down counters.
Leave all used towels on the bathroom floors. Empty the fridge of any food you brought. Reset the heater and the heated floors to the temperature they were at when you arrived.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No shoes are to be worn in the house at anytime. Please keep the floors clean. This is a firm policy. No shoes indoors.
All garbage must be placed in trash bags inside of the bins in the bear box. Make sure the bear box is securely closed. Do not leave any food outside
Turn off all exterior lights and keep noise to a minimum after 9:45pm.

We had a fantastic stay at Armando’s home. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect: close to the lake, hiking trails, and just a short drive to town for groceries and restaurants.The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, which made everything super smooth.Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway in S Lake Tahoe!

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. The home had a cozy modern feel. Very spacious. The location of the house was perfect. It was no more than a 10 minute drive to the casinos, lake, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The host was very friendly and responsive. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Definitely wouldn’t mind booking again in the future.

Armando is an amazing host and has a beautiful home. We've probably been to Lake Tahoe 100 times, but this is definitely one of our favorite stays.
