A Modern Mountain masterpiece! This brand-new custom home has been tastefully designed and masterfully constructed. The eye-catching exterior features a blend of cedar and metal siding creating a modern flair. Upstairs living takes advantage of the engineered hardwood flooring and beautiful mountain views and creates a functional layout. The spacious great room features tall vaulted ceilings and a showpiece fireplace with wood ledge stone accents. The kitchen features custom-built shaker-style cabinetry with quartz slab counters , stainless steel appliances,and gas range. On the main level is the generous Primary Suite which has a spa like Primary suite with freestanding tub, dual sink vanity, and walk in closet. Downstairs is a generous family room/game room and wet bar and the deck overlocking the back yard with Hot Tub. Located near fabouls mt biking and hiking trails leading to Fallen Leaf lake and Angora Lakes and just a few miles to the shores of Lake Tahoe This is the one.
