This beautiful, luxury 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. With easy access to Tahoe Keys marina, enjoy boating adventures in the summer while docking the boat directly behind the home. The home also makes for a wonderful ski lease retreat in the winter.

Reduced price for June! The price has been reduced to accommodate for a boat dock replacement occurring 6/5-6/8 and Home Fire Permit Inspection appointment access on 6/8. Guests with boats will not have boat dock access at the home 6/5-6/8. And the property manager and Inspector will need access to the interior of the home for 3 hours on 6/8.

The main living area (upstairs) features an open-plan design with the kitchen and dining area, a 65" TV above the gas fireplace, couch, and armchairs. Downstairs, a second living room connected to bedrooms 2 and 3 offers a 65" TV, dual recliners, and two armchairs for relaxing movie nights. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and large quartz countertops with dining for 8 at the table and seating for 3 at the kitchen bar.

We manage several nearby homes, so if you're planning for a larger group, we can help arrange multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, a rental agreement will be sent for signature. The home will be prepared with a starter supply of items such as soaps and paper products.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 6 adults. This applies 24/7.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas of the home may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters (locations posted on the fridge)
