The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 people with one private bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
On Checkout, make sure both thermostat sittings are at 52 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lock the back door and the kitchen window. Turn off all the lights and appliances, BBQ, TVs, and Electric Fireplace.
Make sure the door is locked by holding any number on the keypad for 3-4 seconds. The TEEHO button lights up. Turn the knob to make sure the door is locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
