Spacious Riverfront is in Christmas Valley, located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. This spacious home is approximately 10 miles from the casinos, a 15-minute drive from Heavenly, 20 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood is a short 30-minute drive. This charming home is nestled back in the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of the river in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a one-level home with 3 bedrooms and a double garage with an EV charger. Spacious Riverfront is approximately 2,300 square feet.

*Due to the elevation and snowfall on the roads surrounding this property during the winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Please reach out to our reservations team with any questions

House had a smell of a musty smell . One of the bathrooms when taking a shower the water would not drain . Not sure why you pay a cleaning service when You have to wash the sheets and remake the bed before you leave . We had to empty the dishwasher a Open arrival . Would not stay here again
