The fully fenced yard provides peace of mind for families and plenty of room to play. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ideal for preparing meals before a day on the slopes or trails. We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. 2 Cars Max in the driveway (county requirement) Driveway snow handled by a private company when 5 inches fall. Some shoveling may be required by renter. Neighborhood road snow clearing handled by the city. We recommend AWD car and chains during the winter.No large parties or events. The home is located in a noise sensitive neighborhood. We hope you enjoy the peacefulness, and ask that you respect the quiet that everyone enjoys. Excessive noise or over occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner. Failure to observe the NO Party policy will result in eviction. Tahoe's quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am and strictly enforced. 1. Host interactons - I informed the host that the kitchen sink was clogged up and the garbage disposal not working. She did respond to that. However, there was no responses after that, when I asked about extra towels and if I needed to be at the house for the plumber to show up. I also informed her that we were checking out 2 days early, but didn't receive any acknowledgement.2. Amenities - Master BR fitted sheet was too loose which kept on slipping off the bed. Not enough towels. No bathrooms on the main floor, it was all on top floor. The shampoo and soap provided was only in personal size.

Annual Snowboarding Trip

Great property, 12 mins from Heavenly and 40 from Kirkwood. Lots of room for entertainment after the slopes with plenty of couches. The hot hub is a great plus, will stay here again!

Comfy house for a weekend in the snow

The house was very comfortable, and just as described. Plenty of everything we needed, and the hot tub was a great bonus. Oh, and really appreciated the snow removed from the driveway in the morning!

Perfect for family of 4 in South Lake Tahoe.

This place was as advertised; clean, quiet, and nice location, pretty much a perfect weekend housing for our family of four. Reservation, payment, and check in process was smooth with clear instructions - we didn't need to contact host for anything because it was really straightforward. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Cozy retreat

We had a great stay at this cabin! It was clean and had lots of accessories that we used at the beach. We used the beach chairs, tubes and my Son loved riding the bike. Our only complaint was that the bathrooms were only located upstairs and that the refrigerator wasn’t working. Otherwise we had a great time, enjoyed the hot tub too.

Great cabin and fun

Great cabin. Easy access to town while far enough away from the noises of the town. Hot tub is around the corner and hot. I would stay there. A couple of suggestions. First, blankets downstairs for the couches would be great. Drawers in the bedrooms. Even if its plastic drawer in the closets would be huge. Older fixtures and not updated but works. Both bathrooms are upstairs.

Great Stay

We booked only a few days before for a weekend (Fri-Sun). No problem on the arrival and the house was stocked well with dishes, pots and pans, etc. It was nice to have the hot tub and the drive to Heavenly is only about 10 minutes. We were basically snowed in for most of the day Saturday, but it turned out to be perfect. Watched some football, did a jigsaw puzzle, hot tub, played some games and the kids had a great time in the neighborhood playing in the snow. The only downside was that I wish we would have stayed longer.

The peaceful Christmas getaway

We all loved the property and location! Situated in the perfect zone of "Not too far, but not too close " distance from lake Tahoe . It was just right for the family . Dianne was an excellent resource, and timely with messages making it a breeze getting to the property .

Cosy Lodge

Well equipped home with full kitchen that is well stocked with condiments and cooking essentials. Big TV in Living with Bose soundbar and ample sofas including a cushioned rocking chair made the stay comfortable and cosy. A powerful and easy to operate washer and dryer took care of laundry. In my opinion, the lodge itself is somewhat dated and out of the way from the mainTahoe Road loop though it is a10-min drive to Heavenly and the grocers.

Very clean and well-equipped. Diane (the host) was very gracious and helpful. The only I would mention in the future is that both bathrooms are on the second floor which could be inconvenient for the elderly or people having a difficult time climbing stairs. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Perfect Home in a Great Location
