Located in South Lake Tahoe, our home sits in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe and the surrounding mountains. Just minutes from Stateline casinos, fine dining, and boutique shopping, you’ll also have easy access to hiking, biking, and lake activities in summer. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding at Heavenly, only 10 minutes away.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the area. Parking for 4 vehicles is provided onsite. While public transportation is limited, the home is just minutes from Stateline, Heavenly Village, and the lakefront, where shuttles and rideshares are available.

Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
