The attached garage offers parking for one car and two in the driveway. Full-size washer and dryer inside the home. Free Wi-Fi throughout. This home does not have air conditioning.

• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be placed in designated bear-proof containers or dumpsters
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval & pet fee. No other animals. Bring a crate if leaving dog unattended. No dogs on furniture or beds. Any barking or neighbor disturbance not allowed. Guests responsible for extra cleaning or damage.
NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to ensure quiet stays. Exterior cameras may be present to monitor parking compliance. No indoor surveillance is used.
For 30+ day stays, you can cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days will not be refunded.
