The Space:

Begin your stay in the modern kitchen, where warm cabinetry, granite countertops, and a Keurig make every meal or morning coffee a delight. The space flows easily into the dining area with seating for six for easy conversation over family meals. Head upstairs into the cozy living room loft where a smart TV and a large wraparound sectional with a chaise invite you to relax after a day outdoors. Step outside to the backyard to enjoy a quiet, intimate al fresco meal at the small table, surrounded by serene tree-lined views that complete your Tahoe escape.



This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed.



This home includes 2 full guest bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

· Washer and dryer in home.

· Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available.

· This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $50.00 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

· This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras: (1) located at the front window and actively monitoring the parking and entry areas, and (2) located at the back door and actively monitoring the back yard entrance area.

· The fireplace is wood burning. Please note that firewood is not provided.
