BEST TAHOE CABIN is conveniently located in the Historic ~ Bijou Pines neighborhood and has everything one would need for an enjoyable, relaxing stay in South Lake Tahoe. Our two-story chalet is on a double lot with off street parking and snow-plow service.
4 BEDROOMS:
* Room # 1 - One QUEEN bed
* Room # 2 - One QUEEN bed. * Room # 3 - One QUEEN bed.
* Room # 4 - Two TWIN beds. Tree lined street with historic cabins, minimal traffic and woodsy atmosphere makes for a great place to take a stroll, ride a bike or just relax on our covered front porch. Enjoy dining, sunbathing and relaxing on the large, private backyard deck.

INSIDE, our tastefully decorated cabin is cozy, warm and comfortable with an abundance of Tahoe charm. Relax by the large stone fireplace where you can read, watch TV. Three TV's total:
NEW - 55" Smart TV for streaming TV shows and movies on Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney, etc. Second 43" Smart TV in bedroom. Third 32" TV in the den/play room (not pictured) for watching DVD movies

WALK to the year-round heated swimming pool ($6 day-use fee), ice-skating arena, playground and park, just down the street. The LAKE is just a short, 3 1/2 block walk from the cabin. Bijou Golf Course, 24-Hour Super-Safeway, Starbucks, dining, shopping, library, bowling- alley, tennis, basketball and baseball all within 3-4 blocks walking distance from the cabin.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Please place kitchen trash securely inside the brown bear-proof bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Maximum of 3 vehicles - Park on PAVED driveway ONLY. No street front or dirt parking per SLT Parking Ordinance. Citations up to $1,500 per violation
Per City of SLT - No trash/garbage/recycling to be left outside of the bear-proof trash bin or guest will be fined up to $1,000.
Seven (7) guests max. Violations will require guests to vacate and result in a fee of $50 per day, per guest in excess of the 7 person occupancy.
