The Space:
Located in a hidden and peaceful location, sheltered by the surrounding woodland and overlooking a lake and meadow, Coombe Cottage offers a wonderful rural retreat and a great base from which to explore the whole of Devon.
Coombe Cottage has a spacious open plan living space with ample comfy seating a large feature inglenook fireplace with electric fire, feature beams and a dining suite.
A well-equipped kitchen at the rear has a door leading out to a private decked patio ideal for quiet outdoor relaxation or alfresco dining in the warmer months. A shared utility area also offers further equipment.
Stairs lead up to a spacious landing with seating to provide a quiet area ideal for reading.
One double room on this floor offers beautiful views over Exmoor hillsides and there is a further spacious twin-bedded room and newly fitted shower room.
With the freedom of the grounds including a BBQ area with outdoor furniture Coombe Cottage offers quality accommodation both internally and externally and will become a firm favourite with visitors.
