This high-set, 3 bedroom home is perfect for larger families, comfortably accommodating 9 guests, plus your dog is welcome to join too!
For boaters, fishers, skiers and wakeboarders, your picturesque waterfront playground offers glassy waters that wind their way out to the Pacific Ocean, with the closest boat ramp conveniently located 2km away.
Reflections on the Tweed features an open plan air-conditioned living area with a comfortable loungeroom offering smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi, plus wet bar, dining area and work desk.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook and entertain including dishwasher and coffee machine.
An expansive covered balcony spans the length of the house offering alfresco dining and lounge area overlooking the water.
Cook your daily catch on the gas BBQ and enjoy uninterrupted views across the rolling lawn to the Tweed River and sunsets over the cane fields with the mountain ranges in the background.
There are two spacious bedrooms on the upper level - a master with a king bed and air-conditioning and the second bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The lower level is perfect for kids with a bunk room complete with 1 queen bed, 2 single bunks and a single pullout bed. There is also a rustic bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Reflections on the Tweed has off street parking for up to 4 cars, including 2 undercover spaces (max clearance 2.1m), plus space for boats, kayaks, boards and bikes.
The property is pet friendly for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Please note that the property is not fenced and dogs must remain under control at all times. Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.
With plenty of space for the family and direct water access, this is perfect for a special holiday where memories are made!
