All employees, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, were friendly, proficient and customer service focused. They truely made guests feel welcome. Although the hotel is clean and well-kept, its starting to look tired and needs a refresh.

Clean room, slightly worn physical items, faucets, doorknobs, and scuffed paint. However it is a family friendly beach area hotel, some heavy use is expected in a vacation area. Air conditioning had some trouble de-humidifying the room, it felt damp. Again attributed to the beachside location. Overall, a good value and a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and spacious. One of the heaters did not work. The other heater was sufficient. I told the front desk about the heater that did not work but I did not see anybody come by to address it and it still was not working when I left. I was disappointed that my room was not tidied each day. I found out they only do that every other day. They only came one time during my stay.( 4 days ) On morning of checkout I did not have any clean towels or rags to shower due to not being replaced enough during my stay. Breakfast was sufficient. I was able to park close to front door each day. I felt I was in a safe area. Front desk personnel were friendly. Location was central to other places I intended to visit.
