The Space:

This small efficiency condo features a king bed plus a small pull-out couch. Landfall condos are on the bay channel and waterfront, offering great sunsets from the patio and a quiet complex.



The 2nd-floor unit includes an elevator and handicap ramps. The kitchenette is equipped for preparing simple meals and saving money. Landfall unit 22 is perfect for small families or couples, accommodating up to 4 people.



The kitchenette and living room are in the same area as the bed it does not have a separate bedroom. A private patio with a table and chairs offers views of bayside sunsets off the water. Off-street parking is included, along with linens, bedding, towels, & basic toiletries



The property is located on a channel leading to the Laguna Madre Bay so you can put in a Stand up paddleboard or kayak. For beach lovers, it's about a 2-block walk to the beach, or about 3.5 blocks to Clayton’s Beach Bar, On the Border Mexican Cantina, Bar Louie restaurant at the Marriott or walk to Sea Turtle Inc or the birding center where you can meet Big Padre off the boardwalk, the resident gator.



This older efficiency condo is similar to an oversized hotel room with a kitchenette and full bath. There is no separate bedroom, as everything is combined into one room. The condo includes a small fridge, hot burner, and microwave. While it's not super fancy, it's clean, neat, and offers a great location for paddleboarding in the calm channel.



Please note there is no boat slip available. Contact us before booking if you have questions. It is required that you read and agree to all house rules before booking. This is not a party complex, and after checking in, between 10 am and 2 pm you must visit the onsite office for your parking permit to avoid towing.



There is included free Off-Street Parking.



The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine.



We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify!



Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, & trash bags (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.



Please take note that the primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements do apply.



We require an E-sign rental agreement with a photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License and for checking in with the door code. We provide the door code at 3 pm the day of your check in. Provide your email address and a picture of your photo ID to verify your age (25 years or older). If you are under 25, please contact us first.

Guest Access:

You will have full private access to our second floor efficiency condo, which features a cozy living area, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy scenic views of the bay channel and stunning sunsets. Throughout your stay, you are welcome to enjoy the shared complex amenities, including the refreshing swimming pool and the relaxing hot tub. Convenient off street parking is provided for your vehicle, and the complex is easily accessible via an elevator. Please note that you must visit the onsite office after check in to obtain your required parking permit.



The Neighborhood:

Our condo is perfectly situated in a tranquil waterfront complex that offers the best of both worlds. You are just a short two block walk from the beautiful sandy beaches of South Padre Island, making it easy to spend your days soaking up the sun. For nature lovers and families, you are within a comfortable walking distance of Sea Turtle Incorporated and the local birding center, where you can catch a glimpse of the resident alligator. When it comes to dining and entertainment, you are conveniently located about three and a half blocks from popular local spots including Claytons Beach Bar, On the Border Mexican Cantina, and the restaurants at the Marriott. Whether you want to paddleboard in the calm bay channel right outside your door or enjoy a lively evening out, this neighborhood puts you right in the heart of the island action while providing a quiet place to retreat.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy from our location at 6403 Padre Boulevard. While we provide one dedicated off street parking space for your vehicle, you can also take advantage of the free Island Metro shuttle service which runs throughout the island to help you reach local attractions and beaches without the need for a car. For those arriving by air, the Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport is the closest major hub, typically located about a forty minute drive from the property. If you need additional parking for extra vehicles, public options are available at the intermodal bus station or the local post office.



Other Things to Note:

Important guest information for your stay. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. All guests must read and agree to our house rules prior to booking. The primary tenant must be at least 25 years of age and must be present at check in. We require a signed rental agreement and a photo identification to be submitted after booking. Upon arrival you must visit the onsite office between 10 am and 2 pm to obtain your mandatory parking permit to avoid towing. This is a quiet complex and no parties or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 pm and 9 am. A wristband fee of 15 dollars per person applies year round. Our property is strictly non smoking and no pets are permitted. Please note that we provide a starter pack of toiletries and trash bags which are not replenished during your stay. At check out please set the thermostat to 78 degrees, place dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the dumpster to avoid an additional cleaning fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We are professionally managed by South Padre Trips and our local office is located at 2600 Padre Boulevard on the island. Our team is available to assist you seven days a week from 9 am to 5 pm should you need anything during your stay. We prefer that you communicate with us through the messaging platform provided by this website to ensure all requests are tracked and handled promptly. During business hours our team is typically very responsive and we strive to address all inquiries as quickly as possible.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find laundry facilities and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
