Staff was friendly enough. There is a lot of walking due to the layout of the hotel…and overflow parking is across the street. Breakfast buffet was just ok. The coffee in the room was an absolute no. Starbucks in the lobby saved us. Food in the restaurant was just ok. The bar right on the beach had a great view and actually served the best piña colada that I had while on island. The pool is awesome, but we wished there would have been a hot tub. The room was clean! Our housekeepers did a great job. The bed wasn’t the worst, but wasn’t the best. Our room faced Clayton’s and you could definitely hear music/people getting into and out of their cars/kind of partying in the parking lot.

The accommodations were great, courteous staff, the restaurant experience was pretty bad. While the food was okay, the food poisoning made the stay horrible. Both my wife and I got very sick.

Clean room, every other day. Room service doesn't exist, unless bar Louie has a hostess working, which nobody knows. Floors and ceilings paper thin you can hear every chair scoot or footstep. Parking is abominable. It's so bad everyone is afraid to move their car which makes it worse. Overflow parking is across a 4 lane street and is unattended. If you bring a big family, drink enough to ignore the noise at all hours and plan to never leave the property in a vehicle, it's probably great. For everyone else, it sucks.

The walls must be very thin I could hear someone’s up stair dog bark and run around all night had a hard time getting some sleep! The other thing I didn’t like much was that people don’t respect the parking for the Electric vehicles. But the hotel is aesthetically pleasing.

We booked this place for a beach view and got downgraded with no effort whatsoever in getting what we originally booked for. We could’ve gone somewhere else for cheaper for the type of room we got their excuse was the air conditioner wasn’t working I had to keep on walking up to the bar in order to get food or drinks because the waiters never came to us. I had to call security at 3 in the morning because someone was harassing my guests and no one showed up. On a positive note the atmosphere and the food was great It’s just the staff that’s just mediocre. Imagine planning a weekend getaway with the family for months in advance paying top dollar for one of the best hotels on the Island and getting mediocre service and a room you didn’t ask for they can do way better.
