The place was clean and the front desk people were very nice. We have stayed previous several times and for some reason this time there were never any towels at the pool. Other than that, everything was great.

I do not recommended Marriott

Dear Marriott Customer Service, My husband and I recently stayed at your hotel (room 348) and were very disappointed. Despite requesting a room with two queen beds for our family, we were given a king bed and a sofa sleeper that creaked all night. The phone in the room didn’t work, and housekeeping didn’t service our room on two days. The staff, including the manager, showed little empathy or willingness to help. Additionally, the hotel and restaurant atmosphere lacked basic hospitality. This experience does not meet Marriott’s standards, and we will not be returning.

I appreciated the modern design of the property and the direct access to the beach — definitely a highlight. However, the tile flooring throughout the suites made the hotel extremely noisy. We could clearly hear our neighbors running and dragging furniture, which disrupted the sense of relaxation. While I understand carpeting may not be ideal in a beachfront hotel, there should be some effort to reduce noise and improve the guest experience. Parking was also inconvenient, and I was surprised to find there was no valet service. More notably, there was no staff available to assist with luggage upon arrival or departure. While there seemed to be adequate housekeeping staff, there was a noticeable lack of support for guest services. Overall, this is a solid 3-star property. It’s a good fit for families looking for a clean and safe environment where their kids can enjoy the beach. But if you’re looking for a luxury beachfront experience with attentive service, you may want to consider other options.

We had a suite and it was huge and very comfortable. Balcony was very nice but bad view looking over a huge parking lot for Clayton’s Bar. It was fun people watching though. Even though there was music from the bar next door it was quiet in the room. Included buffet was above average and included cook to order omelets.

Our review is mixed. The property itself is beautiful and newer and conveniently located on the beach. Breakfast was good and the onsite restaurant was also good with reasonable prices. We were a family of 4 but housekeeping would only give us 3 bath towels at a time so every day we had to ask for more. During our 4 night stay we walked past the pool towel station multiple times and only twice were we able to get towels. Front desk staff was hit and miss as far as friendliness. Checking in and out wasn't the greatest and welcoming, however the young man we spoke with during our stay was helpful and nice. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks and music, however it didn't seem very family friendly with some overserved guests inappropriately dancing with little clothes on.
