The fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, invites you to prepare your favorite meals. The expansive living room, with a flat-screen TV, flows easily into the upstairs balcony, where you can enjoy South Padre Island's tropical weather. Both the front and back balconies offer partial ocean views and views of the island's stunning fireworks displays.

The large, oversized driveway allows parking for up to 5 vehicles, and there's also a garage for your convenience.

Beach gear included! We've partnered with VayKLife, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests! All gear is delivered to your property on your arrival and picked up hassle-free when you depart!

Every stay at Island Retreat includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items.
