SayLing Away to a gorgeous 3 story town house, Private Heated Pool! 1/2 block from Beach!

Welcome to 119A E. Ling on sunny South Padre Island! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private town home is located directly just 1/2 block from the beach. This home has a new constructed private heated pool! With three levels, this property has plenty of space to accommodate 12 people comfortably. The ground floor entails the first guest bedroom featuring a full size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower.

Just upstairs to the second and main level of the home you will find the open concept kitchen, living & dining rooms. The kitchen is spacious, offering plenty of counter space to make meals with your friends and family, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed for convenience. The living room is bright, airy and provides guests with plenty of seating around a large flat screen Smart TV! Watch your favorite movies, sports or shows and when your ready to catch some sleep, the sofas fold out to provide additional sleep space.

The third floor is equipped with the additional guest rooms and the master bedroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, flat screen Smart TV, walk-in closet and the private master bathroom. The bath entails a his & hers sink & vanity, shower and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub! Just down the hall, the third bedroom entails a queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with twin trundle. Both rooms have a flat screen Smart TV as well, and share a full guest bathroom in the hallway. The house also provides guests with a washer & dryer, free WiFi and cable and is pet friendly with a fenced-in back yard!

The backyard is a great place to relax and cool off in the newly built pool! Guest will love the tropical backyard and pool area!

The spacious home is centrally located allowing you to walk to local shops, restaurants, entertainment, nightlife and lets not forget the beach! Grab the group and spend a week or two with us in this gorgeous beach home!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
