Condo was listed as a 3 bedroom, i booked and paid. I was then told day of check in I had to pay an extra $350 for the third bedroom, even though I had already paid for the 3 bedrooms 2 months earlier. When we arrived the condo had trash on the balcony, dirty used soap in the shower, empty dish soap containers and no trash bags. Counters were dirty as if they had not been wiped down. They came the next morning to clean again. They acted as though I was the problem because I expected a clean place I was charged twice for. Also, the pool, it’s not part of the package as advertised I had to pay an extra $20 a person to swim during our stay. I was told to put gas my own sponges to do the dishes as well.
