FAMILIES ONLY This beautiful, two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps 6 with all the

comforts of home. The location is perfect as it is just a short walk to the

beach or Padre Boulevard! Enjoy your stay! STR PERMIT #2023-0202.



LANTANA LANDING 1 - This beautiful, two bedroom living area is open and

spacious with a couch that can be made into a queen size bed. There is a large

flat screen television in the entertainment area with extended cable. The

stackable washer/dryer are in a closet just off the kitchen, next to the large

dining room table. The kitchen is state of the art with stainless steel

appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, crockery, and utensils. The

first bedroom has bunk beds which are full sized mattresses. There is also a

television that can be viewed from bed! The master bedroom has a king sized

bed with walk-in closet and attached bath. There is an entertainment unit in

the room as well as a window which looks out over the lovely pool.The back

door that leads to the pool is in the master bedroom. This is a beautiful,

spacious, clean, inviting unit that will sleep up to 6 very comfortably! The

location is perfect as it is just a short walk to the beach or Padre

Boulevard! Enjoy your stay! Lots of things to do on the island, shopping,

fishing, swimming, surfing, Sea Turtle Inc, South Padre Island Birding Nature

& Alligator Sanctuary, Island Adventure Park, Gravity Adventure Park, The

Summer vacation week

Great property. Location was very convenient. Condo is nice. Kitchen didn’t have everything needed. Most towels were still in dryer and weren’t discovered until later in the week. Property Mgmt required us to come pick up supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. Was hoping to not deal with that inconvenience.
