The Space:

Why stay in “the same old” condo when you can stay in a cool & fairly

original beach house just 3 to 5 mins walk from the beach?



Although no pool, the beach is just so close, no need.



Little Caribbean Vibes affords a cool, clean, and vibrant spot with its colors

& décor. It is elevated about 12 feet up on piers, there's a shaded chill-out

space under the home to enjoy a margarita and relax after a long beach day

that is shared with the back 3 bedroom, or the private front deck with a

couple of chairs to watch the passersby.



The real question is, why book here?



1.) We are a professional, local host that cares about you. We have an office

if you need us, and can be assured of a standardized clean process. To me,

cleanliness really matters

2.) Unique. I think booking a rental instead of a hotel is an adventure we

hope is fun and unique. Plus – the kitchen for families truly saves money

3.) How close we are to beach here. East side of the busy Padre blvd so taking

yourself or kiddos to beach super easy. Still super walkable to bars and

restaurants

4.) Multiple bedrooms at this price point can’t be beat vs a hotel that has

no privacy



Features:

* The bedroom and living room areas are clean with laminate and tile flooring. The home feels both 50 years old and new at the same time 



BBQ pits or grills are allowed though (not provided), as long as done on

ground level and not on deck nor under home - but you must clean up thoroughly

when done. BBQing is only allowed in front of the property.



This is the front unit with a kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped

for you to make easy breakfast tacos to your house recipe vacation nachos!

Just so you know, each unit in the duplex is private and stand-alone; the back

unit is a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath space.



While we allow up to 6 people in the front unit, it is better suited for 4 or

5. If you're a couple with small children, 6 people total can work.



The condo has smart TVs for winding down after a long day in the sun



Contactless check-in with an electronic lock, or you can check in at our

nearby office at South Padre Trips if you prefer



Lil Caribbean Vibes is perfect for those who appreciate the charm of retro

beach houses. If you have a group, the back house can be reserved for the

night owls while the front space is for quieter guests or vice versa.



Pets are allowed with a $75 fee per pet up to 2 dogs. Failure to disclose a

pet will result in eviction without refund. Pets cannot be left alone to bark

or on furniture. All pet droppings must be removed.

Our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years or older and present at

check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional

requirements will apply.



An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not

before to the phone number on file



An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to

arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional

and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City



Condo is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600

padre Blvd, 78597 open 7 days a week from 9 am to 5 pm. We provide all bed

sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps &

shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters,

creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited

nor re supplied



Please do not hesitate to ask questions before you book - we would love to

earn your stay but we do have a strict cancel policy so please do ask prior

Our City of South Padre Short Term Rental License is available upon request
