The Space:

Thank you for considering our bright and beach-y condo at Surfside I. This is a great 3rd-floor unit #304 with views of the courtyard and hot tub area.



This property features a nice pool as well and is oh-so-close to the public beach access about a half a block away



While there are stairs (no elevator), this 3rd floor space offers a great view of the courtyard with no noise above you. The condo has a large patio with chairs for morning coffee or a sunset margarita.



Inside, you'll notice the open concept kitchen flowing into the living room with many updates.



If you're looking for an affordable yet vibrant beach getaway that allows you to gather around the sparkling pool, lounge in the hot tub, or stroll the lovely beach or Gulf Blvd, Surfside is a great choice.



The condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, nightlife, and Island attractions. Surfside I #304 combines comfort and style for a beach retreat and is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs up to 25 lbs each) but please note there is a pet fee of $75 each pet is required.



The condo is a colorful 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit accommodating allowing up to 7 max guests. A newly renovated bathroom has a stand-in shower with a rainwater type shower head. The living room TV is a 4K, 50-inch flat-screen with a Dolby sound bar and a Blu-ray/DVD player.



The condo offers free high-speed WiFi for work or play, though spectrum internet can be spotty at times, generally it is fine – there is a desk with an ergonomic chair for remote work efficiency. Bring your laptop to work from the beach!



The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and more to save you money and time for family meals.

The living room features a spacious sectional sofa, providing ample seating around the TV. Off the living room, enjoy the private balcony and sea breeze of South Padre Island.



Bedding includes a Queen in the master, two single in the 2nd bedroom, a couch (not pull-out), and an airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using the couch or the airbed.



Linen, towels, and a basic starter pack of toiletries are provided with the rental though the starter pack of trash bags, dishwasher pods, soaps etc are not unlimited nor replenished.

Property is professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597. We do not provide access to the owner's garage as it is their personal storage. City of South Padre Island short-term rental license available upon request.



Guest Access:

You will have full private access to our third floor condo, which features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, and a private balcony perfect for enjoying the sea breeze. Please note that access to the building is via stairs only. As a guest, you are also welcome to enjoy the shared community amenities, including the heated swimming pool, the relaxing hot tub, and the courtyard area. Please be advised that the owner garage is private and not accessible to guests.

You are situated just a short walk, less than two minutes, from the pristine public beach access, making morning surf sessions or sunset strolls effortless. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of energy, placing you within easy walking distance of a wide variety of local shops, casual beachside eateries, and nightlife options along Gulf Boulevard. Whether you are looking for a quick bite, souvenir shopping, or local attractions, everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Getting around South Padre Island is easy and convenient from our location. We provide two dedicated parking spaces on the premises for your vehicles, and please note that golf carts are considered vehicles as well. If you are traveling with more than two vehicles, additional free parking can be found at the Island Intermodal bus station, the local post office, or along Gulf Boulevard. While the island is very walkable, public transit options are available to help you explore further afield. The nearest major airport is Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport, which is approximately a forty minute drive from the condo.



Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. Please note that access to the building is via stairs only as there is no elevator. Guests must be at least 25 years of age or contact us prior to booking to discuss additional deposit requirements. A rental agreement and a copy of a photo identification are required prior to arrival. We provide two parking spaces for vehicles including golf carts. For stays longer than two nights please bring extra supplies as our starter pack of toiletries and cleaning items is not replenished. Pets are welcome with a fee of 75 dollars per pet plus 17 percent tax, but please ensure they are not left unattended or allowed on furniture. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 9 am. No parties or smoking are permitted. During March guests between 10 and 35 years of age must purchase a security wristband from the homeowners association. Please leave the thermostat at 78 degrees, place dishes in the dishwasher, and remove all trash upon departure.



Interaction with Guests:

We are professionally managed by South Padre Island Trips, and our local office is available to assist you throughout your stay. Our team is on site at our office location to help with any questions or needs you might have between 9 am and 5 pm, seven days a week. We primarily communicate through the messaging platform provided by your booking site to ensure all details are documented. If you have any questions before or during your trip, please feel free to send us a message, and we will respond as quickly as possible during our office hours.

As a guest of this condo, you'll find a hot tub, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
