An uncomfortable stay

The hotel has a moisture control issue. As such you have to sign a form that you will keep the room at a certain temperature. The room was very cold. And when you turn the temperature up the floors became dangerously slippery. Our clothes and paper articles remained damp throughout our trip. No daily room service to replace the wet towels or change the linen. Very uncomfortable stay

Great trip!

This was a great trip SPI. The resort was very nice and had everything you need to spend the day there from food, beverages, pool and ocean to relax at. The only thing that could be better is if there was a microwave somewhere on the resort to heat stuff up. Highly recommend the stay.

Wish it had been a lot better….

The AC never got the room cold. The room flat humid and damp the whole 2 days we were there. The bathroom was dirty. The rug between the beds was super gross like it had never been washed. The water pressure in sink and shower were weak an ineffective. A big disappointment. I will say the beds were comfortable and the pillows too. Too bad that was the only thing good about this place. The restaurant only offered unhealthy options.

Property was extremely clean and convenient but every time we purchase something like drinks or food the price was different for the exact same thing. Even when two people at the same table ordered the exact same thing. Explanations for this never made sense

So when we checked in on Friday we went to our room and saw dirt on the floor. The carpets were dirty as well. I went down and notified the front desk. I also told them that the fans downstairs make a lot of noise on top of music from the restaurant. We booked a two bedroom condo and at this price point I was shocked what we received. Also when we came in bell boys couldn't care less to help us out with the car or luggage. They just ignored us all together. I had to run to the front desk and ask what's going on. I was told they were probably busy. As far as we see they were talking to each other. The pool had absolutely no umbrellas to provide some shade! Like 0. I have never seen anything like that before!!! They had cabanas that you have to pay for but we were told they were sold out. Each day I require speak with the manager. I was told he is not there. So Omar or Jesse were never there to talk to!!!! We stayed three nights and I had to go down to request to speak with them at least twice a day! When we were checking out we still didn't get a chance to talk to them. We tried to call from the room to a front desk it said it wasn't available!!! So had some little issues in the room such bit have sponges to wash the dishes and etc but I'm not even going there.... Very disappointed especially by the fact that their managers never got back to us to provide any apologies or accomodations!! I forgot to mention it was our family anniversary trip! So no congratulations whatsoever

The king deluxe room was well appointed, the king bed was clean and comfortable. The property was in a good location and the amenities like the pool were very enjoyable! Only issue is the attached restaurant; the land shark bar and grill. The food wasn’t any good and at $24 an entree-very disappointing.

The bathroom tub had rust around it. Check out should be 12 noon since it is a resort and people tend to stay up late.
