Nice stay in this hotel. Clean, and staff was very attentive. Only issue we had was the check-in, they gave us a room that had not been cleaned. They then gave us a room that had been cleaned, it was a small inconvenience.

Had a 4 night stay and we had a good time. Resort was nice, but hasn’t aged very well. I liked the pool area and the drinks were delicious. I would stay again, but hope they do some professional updates soon. I will let you all know you have to pay to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach and that was about $40 a day.

Overall the property was ok. However the restaurant food options were bland and expensive. It was presented as plenty of things to do within walking distance and that is false. Honestly they should offer a ride service or staff that explains how to use the local transportation. As to the staff the lands keepers, house keepers & waiters were amazingly polite. Front desk never greeted us once we checkin. Asked how our stay was going, nothing. Overall 3.5 rate.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time. Being so close to the beach was awesome after exhausting days in the sun. We enjoyed being able to get back to our room quickly to rest in between excursions. The Landshark restaurant was awesome, and we literally loved every meal we had there. Would definitely stay again the next time we're on the island.

Property was clean, but very damp, moldy and musty. Left feeling very stuffy...could benefit from dehumidifiers on each floor maybe? It was very family oriented, where everyone could enjoy. Also, property should consider getting microwaves in rooms...or a community one at the breakfast buffet area.

Not worth the price and do not recommend! As soon as you walk into the hotel it has a foul smell. Self park is $15 per day even though it’s a far walk from the parking garage. Especially when hauling luggage. Along with the resort fee, you will be charged an additional $50 deposit. Our restroom smelled horrible and there were permanent brown stains. Even the pool restrooms smelled horrible so it must be a drainage problem. The hand wash container was empty and had not been refilled. You are not allowed to change the thermostat below 69 or higher than 72 or you will be charged! The pool was not as nice as shown in the pictures. The hotel is not that old yet it looks like it already needs updates.

The property and layout is great! We had a few issues with our room and had to be moved. The AC in secondary room in the first condo was broken it wouldn’t go below 73 degrees and there was a huge leak in the master bedroom. They moved us to an “upgraded room.” It wasn’t really an upgrade, just a full ocean view (our first room was partial with a better layout). The secondary room in the second condo was still hot and with no control of the ac in that space. So was way warmer than the rest of the condo. They tried, but it was a miss. Overall, it was a decent experience, just wish the rooms were better functioning.
