Unable to secure unit whenever we left due to faulty lock. Called and left messages 13 times with Criss and Andy, whose names and numbers were on the welcome letter, and didn't hear back from them until Criss called back on the third day of of our stay. I was told by her she'd have someone there asap. Didn't hear from or see anyone about during the rest of our 5 night stay.

Had a great stay!!!

We had a wonderful experience. We actually asked for a 1 bedroom but we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom due to a minor issue discovered before we checked in. The property was clean, the veiw amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the decor in the condo. Would definately stay again. We usually stay at gulfview 2 but i think we have found our new favorite. I saw some poor reviews for condos at Saida, I am happy to say we had a great experience. It even gave us an idea on what kind of retirement condo we would like. Husband wants a house, thanks to Saida i believe he is sold on the condo life now !!

The place was very spacious and well stocked absolutely beautiful views Kitchen was great with all you need it to cook or just relax thank you we really enjoyed our stay there and already thinking of going back 🌈👣👣

Es un hotel muy céntrico, con habitaciones muy amplias. La vista del balcón fabulosa y la habitación contaba con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El único pero fue que nunca pudimos encender el televisor, no encontramos como, había muchos controles remotos y fue confuso, seria bueno tener un instructivo de como hacerlo. Estuvimos muy a gusto, muchas gracias
