The Master bedroom features a King size bed and a 55' Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom features 2 Queen beds and a 45" Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom features 1 bunk bed of single beds and and a Queen size bed. The living room area features a 65" Smart TV. This house has Wi-Fi and cable .The downstairs has a BBQ charcoal grill and a table and seating for cooking out. While there is no pool on site there are two heated pools and fitness center that the guest will have access to at SPI Golf Course located at 1 Golf house Rd. in Laguna Vista TX 78578.

Perfect for our trip

The house is in a great location, clean, has great amenities. Was a great “home base” for all of our activities and close to restaurants and the beach! Will definitely book again!

A short walk to the beach.

This place was incredible! Maybe 3 minutes to the beach! All three bedrooms were nice, both batrooms were very clean, never ran out of hot water even with a full house. They had lots of sand toys/boogie boards for the kids. Kitchen had toaster, air fryer, coffee pot and a griddle so breakfast was easy and I didn’t need to heat up the house for some meals.

Just what we expected.

We were happy with the location and the cleanliness. There was an issue getting checked in but the manager finally reached out with the entry code. All in all a great beach house.

Family Weekend Getaway

My family enjoyed our stay! The house was literally a 3 minute walk from the beach. If you didn’t want to leave the house it had everything you needed to entertain. I also was pleased it came with extra beach towels, toys, and a wagon. If we’re ever in SPI we’ll definitely book here again.
