Looking for the perfect beach house for your family and friends? Look no further, Casa de Tortuga on South Padre Island has all you need for a fun and relaxing beach getaway! Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this recently renovated home has been customized to accommodate up to 14 vacationers comfortably! The house is tastefully furnished with island decor and offers a spacious living area for all guests to enjoy. This home encompasses two floors. The first floor entails a cozy 2nd living room area and TV, washer dryer room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchenette, which is located next to the pool area. The second floor entails two spacious bedrooms, main living area, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate our guests cooking needs! Over-sized wrap around balcony can be accessed from bedrooms and pool. The backyard of this home is a tropical paradise offering a NEW private heated pool. Its the perfect area for guests to relax while on vacation! Casa de Tortuga South Padre Island is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, offering guests easy access to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets in the evening!

Our beach home is a pet friendly, family vacation rental. The traveler securing the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction. A small welcome package is provided which includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 trash can liner in each trash can, liquid hand soap by each sink, liquid dish soap in the kitchen and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

This was a perfect house for 4 of us, but easily could accommodate more! Clean house, nice pool area and great location. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. The upstairs air conditioning was not working when we got there. I messaged the hosts and they responded quickly. Someone was there to fix it within about an hour. No other problems or concerns.

The house was excellent, it had everything we needed, beach chairs, wagon, ice chest, pool toys. Walking distance for everything, restaurants, grocery stores, carnival, arcade/candy store , ice cream shop, bars and more. The best Italian food was The Meatball restaurant just 3 blocks from the house. The beach was 2 blocks away. It was nice to come back to the house and swim at the beach after a day at the beach. We all enjoyed the fireworks from the deck. We will definitely rent out the house in the future.

Perfect location for a family get away!

There were 10 of us at Casa de Tortuga for Spring break the last week of March. The house and its amenities were perfect. We used the pool a lot and when we went to the beach, we used the wagon, cooler, and chairs that were at the house. It was an easy walk to the beach. A quick walk in the other direction brought us to restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores and the arcade. We discovered lots of things to do on South Padre other than the beach. We went to the jetties at the south end, Turtles, Inc. (very cool), and the lighthouse and pier across the bridge. The hosts were responsive when we had questions and Sandy with the management co. was incredibly helpful when there was bad weather at the end of our stay.We highly recommend Casa de Tortuga!

Everything was spot on! Amazing house beautiful location close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. Pool was amazing, outside patio was exactly how we wanted it to be. GORGEOUS HOUSE AND PERFECT LOCATION

I honestly don't think I could have chosen a more perfect house. This was absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't have been more perfect. We were born and raised in Brownsville/SPI so we go to SPI to visit our beloved beach and family every summer from Austin and Houston. Casa de Tortuga did not disappoint. It was so clean when we arrived and had everything you needed. The pool was a hit and the house was a quick walk to beach.The property manager was also so responsive, nice, and helpful.It is now one of our top favorite stays.

Perfect Stay @ Casa de Tortuga

The hosts were very welcoming & we had great communication! The instructions provided gave us everything we needed to know. The home was very clean & all accessories provided were very helpful. Also, great view for all the action in town & nighttime fireworks. The beach was one block over & it was easy to access. An Oasis from home

The Casa de Tortuga is better than pictured or imagined! We were a party of 10 and very well accommodated. Instead of writing a detailed review, I can really allow the pictures and owner description to speak for themselves! The grounds and pool were spectacular! When we arrived the home was ready for us-a/c and fans were on and we were welcomed to a cool environment. The kitchen is probably the best equipped that I've ever seen in a rental property. There were more than enough dishes to serve all of us. Also, there were plenty of places to hang damp swim wear. The owners also welcomed our dog who loved exploring the grounds. And their communication with me was excellent from the time we arrived until our departure. I would gladly stay here again.

Great Experience

The property was exactly how it is presented online and we couldn’t have been happier. We had a party that included 4 teens, a baby, and 3 adults. There was plenty of room and the house was very presentable on arrival. Check in process was easy and management was responsive to our 3 questions. Location was perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance to the theme park, restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you! .

Another great winter stay!
