Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Llegamos al condominio y simplemente no HABIA NADIE! hablamos a un teléfono internacional de HOTELES.COM y simplemente nos dijeron que se había cancelado!!!!!! No me enviaron ningún correo ni nada.. viajamos 8 horas !!!!! Con todas nuestras comida que íbamos hacer en nuestra estancia y simplemente cancelaron!!!!!!
