Sun Ray 1A is a great, ground floor 1BD/1BA condo centrally located on the gulf side of the island and close to everything. This recently remodeled condo on the ground floor of the Rayo del Sol II 6-plex, has a Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed, one bunk bed in the extra wide hallway and a Full size sleeper sofa in the living room, which can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The condo has A/C, two TVs, fast internet with WiFi, and a kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel appliances, granite counters and cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The dining area sits 4 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance.

This condo is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – 2 pets max allowed through a pet fee - per pet).

There is one parking spot per unit (PARKING PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED). NO POOL, but a very SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH.

Wonderful location to beach access!

The property was as listed. Check in was flawless. Roberto, our host called within minutes of checking in and was very kind and was very approachable from booking to check out! All the starter amenities were provided, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, Soft soap hand wash kitchen and bath. Linens bedrooms/bath were fresh and clean. Kitchen appliances, sink and Bathroom toilet sink and shower were fresh and clean. Overall a nice place. Could use fresh paint and tile/grout on floors need thorough cleaning. Very much enjoyed our stay!

close to beach access

enjoyed the close beach access and ability to eat at Palm and close to main areas. if you stay on a weekend, keep in mind the bar behind the fence plays music until late hours.

Roberto is awesome!

We had a small problem with the dishwasher/ power. Roberto and his team got the outlet replaced ASAP! This condo is half a block from beach access and convenient to restaurants. The condo is not 5 star but it is tidy and has everything that you need.
