Check in was easy. Steve was very friendly and informative about the area. We were very comfortable and the condo is a quick 4 minute walk to the beach. Very clean and had a relaxing vibe. We had a great vacation while staying here.

Clean and Comfortable Condo

The condo community was quiet and respectful, so this is a great choice to get away from the party crowds. Our rental was clean, comfortable, and relatively affordable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the beach was just a few minutes walk down the street with an easy access point.

SPI 2024

This year was a good stay, this condo for approximately $700 for a weekend was a great price especially if the condo is beach access (it’s right by the beach) property manager gave us heads up and helped us arriving to our condo excellent. There’s different people each year so the people can be decent to rude but we didn’t communicate with anyone so I don’t think you don’t need to worry about communicating with anybody at SPI, the condo was a small real nice condo for 2 people because all you really need to do at SPI is go to the beach. Overall good condo I recommend if you want to go to the beach with your partner for the weekend!

Ocean side get a way condo

Awesome spot to walk to the beach, short walk to wanna wanna. Everything was clean and comfortable. Large tv for movie nights at night. Host was communicative! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Spring Break at the Tiki

The property is well taken care of. The heated pool was lovely. The condo was in good shape and clean. The beach was a little rowdy with the college spring breakers partying at the Courtyard and Clayton’s but the condo was sound proof at night. Overall, good stay! Steve was very responsive to all my questions and requests :)

Excellent Condo!!

This condo is exactly as it’s shown in the pictures and more! It’s host Steve really cares for his guests in everything he provides to make our stay, a pleasant experience while we are away from the comfort of our homes. This is my second time visiting South Padre Island. This time I was stressing out when I noticed that every condo where our family reserved, was completely booked but now I’m glad it happened this way because I got to experience a better option that exceeded our expectations in every area! From the communication between me and the host, to walking into a spotless condo! We used the sofa bed to sleep my children, and this was also perfect! My daughter is 14 and she said it was very comfortable and a very clean sofa bed. I have nothing to complain but to thank Steve for being an honest host that doesn’t take advantage of his guests, I can tell he takes that cleaning fee seriously. I remember I was unsure of how the bathroom looked since he mentioned it was a bit small, but the size is nothing to worry about! The location is very quiet and safe, close to practically everything, definitely a spot where you can’t beat the price for what you get in return.

Awesome Property

This property was over our expectations. We made a last-call decision to take a short vacation at Padre Island. We found this property, and we contacted the owner because we had a doubt, and he answered our concern immediately. We had a 5 hrs trip, and we arrived at the property passing midnight. The owner delivered the apartment's keys and the parking permit without any issues. The apartment was spotless and entirely supplied. The building is located in a great spot, and it was quiet enough during the whole day. I want to thank Steve Rambo for an awesome mini-vacation. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.
