This 200m² house is laid out over two levels and can easily accommodate four to eight guests.

'2 Cypress Villa' is in a very privileged location, set in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with amazing panoramic views of Pagasitikos Bay. It is located very near to an almost private beach, meaning that some days you can skip the drive away to explore the region without compromising on your beach time.

The living areas, kitchen, and swimming pool are located on the upper level and the bedrooms are on the quieter, cooler lower level. The external space features a shaded seating area with an external kitchen and BBQ facilities, a beautiful free-shape private deep pool, and an amazing balcony that overlooks unobstructed panoramic views towards the calm waters of Pagasitikos Bay. There’s also a lovely veranda in front of the house perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine as you submerge yourself in the stunning mountain range landscape.

The house has four bedrooms, which are all located on the lower floor. There are two master bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two large single beds, and another bedroom with a double bed and a deck bed over it, should you need to accommodate more guests.

There is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. There is also a WC on the ground floor, which is easily accessible when relaxing in the garden and the ground floor living space.

On the ground floor, the living room has a large comfortable built-in sofa so you can spend time in front of the fireplace or have direct access to the wonderful balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a 3-course dinner for eight. The BBQ is easily accessible in the external living area. Not to mention, there’s a table tennis table in the backyard, so you can spend hours playing family tournaments or just winding down.
