Wonderful property if you are playing Sweetens Cove or just staying in the area. Outdoor area and hot tub was a total bonus (wish I had the time to use kayaks). Modern interiors and terrific great room and kitchen. Our hosts responded to a couple of issues very quickly and were responsive throughout our stay. As a member at Sweetens, I hope to return many times!!

Great house and location!

The house is awesome! The location is beautiful and close to Chattanooga. Lots of tourist activities nearby. The house has a great outside area with outdoor seating, big screen tv, and a hot tub near the beautiful relaxing creek. Inside is spacious with a spa like bathroom. The kitchen had several items in the refrigerator and a coffee bar area. The owners were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this rental!

The house was beautiful and very well done! The bathrooms were awesome! We enjoyed our time fishing and playing games while we were there. The only down side was that we ran out of things while we were there for 3 days, like garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. And the one fishing pole that was there was broken, but thankfully we brought our own. I am sure this was just a one time issue and did not affect our stay at all. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Home is very pretty and clean. I really liked that there were not a lot of check out tasks for the guest to complete, like a lot of other rentals have. The only disappointing aspect was there was no firepit, which is stated on the list of amenities. Also, the outdoor fireplace did not work. We did enjoy our stay and the kayaks were super fun. The host was very quick to respond when messaged during and before our stay as well.
