Room look like someone had a party in it the last time it was used. There was stuff all over the walls by the sink in the bathroom and something on curtain in room as well. We also found hairs in the bed when we pulled back the sheets. Also make sure that if you make your reservation using points that the rate ghey charge you is the same as the reservation you requested. I was quoted $101 and got charged $146. This is not okay!

The room was clean when I first got there and the amentities were great (the gym, the laundry room, and breakfast in the morning but please have more vegetarian options for the hot food instead of two types of pork. For example you can do eggs and potatoes and sausage.) The only complaint was during my 4 nights there- no housekeeper cleaned my room. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to ask but I didn’t really have time to ask. I assumed they would’ve came in on their own when I was away

The room was clean but you could definitely see some wear in places. The caulking in the bathroom was very messy. And I wish I had known it wasn't carpeted so I could have brought some slippers to wear as the floor was very cold. The staff was pleasant and as we didn't need much we didn't interact with them all that much. The shampoo in the showers was definitely not a high end shampoo and I suspect it might have been a bit watered down. The shower however was great! Great water pressure and heated up nicely.

Hotel was new and very clean. Check-in was quick, easy, and friendly. Bed was very comfortable, although the topper was so soft that I rolled off the edge. Panera was a short walk from the hotel and there were many other food and shopping options around the mall.

Can the front desk staff smile? Thank me for staying, etc... Nice quiet location and convenient to the mall and airport. I'd stay again. But the staff at checkin has ZERO personality for being a host to travelers.

This hotel stay was a last minute booking for this hotel, and unfortunately there wasn't a lot of availability in the area for that particular Saturday night stay. We could not secure a King-size bed, but ended up w/ two doubles. The positives of this hotel was the quiet and peaceful surroundings, comfortable beds, and somewhat updated features in the bathrooms.
