On the first floor, you’ll find a king bedroom with air conditioning, a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a double sink vanity. Upstairs, the large king bedroom with air conditioning boasts an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-tiled shower, along with a common area with a trundle bed (2 twins) for additional guests. Enjoy stunning water views from the large balcony, complete with a seating area and hot tub. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room complete the downstairs space, with a grill and outdoor seating area perfect for alfresco dining.

Just 100 feet away, the second cottage sleeps 6 and has been newly renovated in 2025 with modern amenities and a stylish design. The second-floor king bedroom and full bedroom both feature balconies, offering the perfect spot to take in the views. The full bathroom upstairs features an oversized shower, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The custom touches and unique history, offer a wonderful spot for family reunions or larger groups. The bright and cheerful sunroom has a gas woodstove. There is air conditioning on the main level. Both cottages boast new, and comfortable furnishings and wood floors throughout.
