Designed to embody the relaxed charm of Cape Cod living, the home is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully updated throughout. The spacious upper level features an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living and entertainment space centered around a large Lovesac sectional with seating for 8+ — perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day at the beach. A convenient half bath and the primary bedroom suite are also located on this level.
Walls of glass doors and oversized windows fill the home with natural light and seamlessly connect the indoors to the surrounding landscape. Step outside onto the expansive wraparound deck, ideal for outdoor dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing while taking in the bay views and sunsets.
The lower level includes three additional bedrooms, each with its own unique charm and coastal feel. A second primary suite with a full bath provides added privacy and comfort, while the two additional bedrooms each have two twin beds—perfect for kids or guests. This floor also offers two full bathrooms, a laundry room, and direct access to another wraparound deck complete with an outdoor shower for easy post-beach living.

Lovely Getaway to Lieutenant's Island
The house was spacious, attractive and well-equipped with kayaks and other beach paraphernalia, as well as an outdoor grill and cooking equipment. Although it is not located directly overlooking the water, there is a slight view of the bay from the upper deck. Wellfleet and Provincetown, as well as beach areas, are an easy drive from the Island.
