Just a short walk to the lovely Drummer's Cove, and close to Wellfleet center, this sweet cottage offers both privacy and community. Wake up to the birds singing, take a 7-minute stroll over to PB Boulangerie for coffee, delicious bread and pastries, or a gourmet lunch. A 3-minute bike ride brings you to the Cape Cod bike trail, where you can travel the entire Lower Cape by bike. Or drive to Wellfleet center, 3 miles down the road, for its quaint shops, plentiful art galleries, wonderful restaurants, historic Wellfleet Harbor and Mayo Beach. Provincetown and all its eclectic offerings is only 15-20 minutes by car. Not to mention beaches and ponds galore (1.6 miles to Lecount Hollow Beach, 1.7 miles to the private Duck Pond) Or just stay home and enjoy the natural surroundings of Drummer's Cove, including magnificent sunsets over the water. This cottage and location offers everything!

Step into the good-sized, light-filled newly painted open living/dining/kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. There is a new stove and Nespresso machine for the chef in you! To the right is a full bath, and then two separate, beautiful bedrooms, recently renovated, with new mattresses. Mini-splits, one in each bedroom and one in the living area, provide efficient and whisper-quiet A/C.

Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Bring your own linens and towels.
