LJ Hooker South west rocks welcomes you to Main Beach Unit 4. A light and airy 2 bedroom beachfront unit with views of Trial Bay from the balcony. The unit has tiled downstairs lounge area with ceiling fans, TV and DVD player ,modern kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washer & dryer along with and extra toilet. Upstairs has main bathroom and timber flooring to the 2 bedrooms . The Main Beach complex has a shared gas BBQ in complex and undercover parking. Walk straight to the beach without crossing a road. Park the car at the start of you holiday and leave it there as you can easily walk to the park with the kids, shop, bakeries, restaurants, the local pub an out beautiful beaches.
Please note that this property does not include linen and you will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc.
All bookings are subject to the holiday letting terms and conditions.
Strictly no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours.
Noise Complaints will result in loss of your security deposit and on the spot eviction.

South West Rocks pristine beaches and Central Business District are within a three minute drive of the property. The local boat ramp is approximately five minutes from the property and The Rocks Shopping Fair housing shops such as Coles, Liquorland and The Reject Shop is within a five minute drive.
South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.
The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.
If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.
