Great property for family

The property was perfect for my partners family and I to escape to over the New Year period.It was an easy walk into town, beaches, country/golf club etc. The neighbour was a down fall however, 9:30pm on NYE, threw their sprinkler on the family & I. Originally was a 2pm check in, however emailed about Christmas/New Year check in times after booking.Recommend some maintenance on property however overall great experience and would book again

Reviewer Comments: This house was surprisingly a lot bigger and nicer than the photos suggested, our group had more than enough space to fit everyone comfortably. The yard was great, and the large full kitchen was a huge bonus. Only negative was the bins were full on arrival, so we had to remove all of our rubbish from the house to avoid extra fees. Other than that small inconvenience, we couldn't fault the house at all. The second lounge room was also a massive bonus, we loved having somewhere to move to and watch footy and movies, whilst the smaller living room was great for the kids.

Great having full access to foxtel for lazy time in front of the TV after spending all day out and about. South West Rocks a great place to relax and base your holiday to travel to Hat Head, Buffalo farm at Eungie Rail, Scotts head, Old gaol.I would highly recommend to stay at South West Rocks and at this property.
